Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai

I chose this hotel for attending a business symposium because it provides Special events and their own time and location with two Royale Ballrooms of 655 sqm and 367 sqm, in addition to eight well-designed meeting rooms. The staff was helpful and the facilities were well-maintained, enhancing the overall experience.

The one service that I missed for my work was the availability of a dedicated business center for last-minute needs.

The rooms are super comfy with everything you need - a cute desk for my laptop, a kettle for quick coffee fix, and a mini-fridge for snacks. The private balcony is a bonus for soaking in some sunrise vibes. As a family, we loved the extra space and the well-equipped kitchenette for quick bites.

Personally, we found the bidet a bit unnecessary, but hey, to each their own, right?

The private beach area and cabanas were like a tropical paradise. We lounged there, feeling like celebrities while sipping our drinks and taking in the breathtaking views. It was a slice of heaven that made our stay truly unforgettable.

I keep returning to a gem in Dubai for my perfect stays. The staff's honesty impressed me when they helped return my forgotten sim cards. I feel at home with Wi-Fi, valet parking, 24-hour reception, security, kids' activities, beach access. I can't wait to come back for Christmas!

Families can get active at the fantastic tennis court, where kids can learn and play while parents enjoy a friendly match. The pool and beach facilities are superb, offering a wide range of activities for everyone to enjoy. The staff, especially Michael at breakfast, and the amazing kids' club supervisors, made our family feel truly welcome and catered to.

My wife says that a more attentive approach to managing the pool and beach areas during busy times would greatly benefit families with children.

I loved the beautiful design of the rooms and the amazing views. The hotel had great facilities, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The staff were helpful, and the location was convenient with good transportation options.

Sitting grandly by the pristine beaches, the resort offers a variety of restaurants and food options. It boasts a helpful staff to assist in hailing taxis and organizing any activities on and off the beach. Across the location, the beach provides a perfect spot for families to frolic around during their stay.

The indoor activities and facilities were lacking.

The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and clean. The pool and beach area were fine. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Special shoutout to Sir Kannav from the front desk for his warm welcome. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

We enjoyed the pristine beach and the amazing sunsets over the Atlantis and Burj al-Arab. I also loved the activities area for kids by the pool. The rooms were gorgeous and breakfast buffet of high quality. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Overall I highly recommend Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm.
